1. Make such changes:

1.1. In Regulations on the procedure for issue of one-time (individual) licenses approved by the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of April 17, 2000 No. 47, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 05, 2000 for No. 259/4480 (with changes), the fifth Item 3.1 of Chapter 3 to exclude the paragraph.

With respect thereto to consider the paragraph of the sixth the paragraph the fifth.

1.2. In the Regulations on form of the external economic agreements (contracts) approved by the order of the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine of September 06, 2001 No. 201, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 21, 2001 for No. 833/6024 (with changes):

in the text of the Provision of the word of "raw materials supplied by the customer" to replace with the word of "goods";

the fifth Item 3 to exclude the paragraph.
