1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on the status "The fair participant of foreign economic activity", procedure for maintaining the register of persons having such status and provisions of information from it;

Regulations on features of goods placement under customs regime of free circulation.

2. Determine that:

2.1. provision of ensuring execution of the tax liability on payment of import customs duties, taxes concerning goods if such goods are represented to customs clearance for the room under customs procedure of customs transit according to requirements of the Customs code of the Republic of Belarus by person having the status "The fair participant of foreign economic activity" (further - the status "The fair participant of foreign trade activities"), or according to the order and on behalf of such person the customs agent (representative) is not required;

2.1-1. or according to the order and on behalf of such person the customs agent (representative) goods can represent person having the status "The fair participant of foreign trade activities" to customs clearance for the room under customs procedure of customs transit:
