1. Approve the enclosed Rules of conducting economic examination of drafts contract on carrying out transactions on subsurface use.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 19, 2005 No. 54 "About approval of Rules of conducting economic examination of drafts contract on the subsurface use right".
3. To impose control of execution of this Order on Department of tax policy and forecasts.
4. This Order becomes effective from the date of signing.
