2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2008.

1. This Provision regulates payment procedure of the monetary assistance on improvement (further – the monetary assistance) to persons specified in subitems 1.1-1.3 and 1.5 of Item 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2007 to No. 239-Z "About the state social privileges, the rights and guarantees for separate categories of citizens".
2. The monetary assistance is estimated for December 31 of year in which her receiver did not use the right to sanatorium treatment or improvement, and paid during the first quarter of the next year through objects of mail service of the national operator of mail service, banks.
The monetary assistance which is subject to payment and is not received in the first quarter the current calendar year can be paid until the end of this year.
