1. These rules of restriction, suspension or decrease in emissions of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere (further - Rules) are developed according to the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 9, 2007 and determine procedure for restriction, suspension or decrease in emissions of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere.
2. These rules extend on physical, and also to legal entities irrespective of patterns of ownership which activities are connected with emissions of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere (daleeprirodopolzovatel), and corresponds to the type of activity specified in appendix 1 to these rules.
3. Emissions of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere from stationary sources are calculated separately for each source of greenhouse gases taking into account its relative role in strengthening of greenhouse effect.
