In pursuance of Articles 6, 22-26 Laws of Ukraine "About safety and quality of foodstuff" and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 12.05.2007 No. 712 "About approval of the Procedure for issue of operational permission for capacities (objects) for production, conversion or realization of foodstuff" I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the register of capacities (objects) and their operators which is applied.
2. Repeal the order MZ of 12.12.2007 No. 818 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the register of capacities (objects) and their operators".
3. To the director of the department of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance Ponomarenko A. M. provide maintaining the register of capacities (objects) and their operators.
4. To the chief state health officers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, areas, cities, areas in the cities, on water, rail, air transport to provide:
4.1. Preparation of material and technical resources for maintaining the register of capacities (objects) and their operators.
4.2. Provide maintaining the register of operational permissions.
5. To impose control of execution of the order on the First Deputy Minister, the chief state health officer of Ukraine Prodanchuk M. G.
