1. Approve the Procedure for provision and document creation for purpose of preferential pension and transfer by the companies and organizations of funds for its payment according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 937, which is applied.

2. To legal management (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the board V. O. Kravchuk.
