2. The commission is guided in the activities by the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, international treaties which participant is the Azerbaijan Republic, the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, and also this Provision.
3. Ceased to be valid according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of 22.10.2024 No. 53-VIIQD
4. The commission builds the activities in interrelation with the legislative, executive and judicial authorities and regularly informs them on condition of fight against corruption.
5. The main objectives of the Commission are:
5.1. take part in forming of state policy in the field of fight against corruption, coordinate activities in this sphere of state bodies and other structures;
