About the customs declaring and customs transactions made in case of customs clearance of goods for private use

Based on the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 15, 2007 "About preferential movement through customs border of goods for private use" the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 503

1. Determine that:

1.1. in case of customs declaration of goods for private use the customs declaration in form according to appendix 1 to this resolution is used;

1.2. before completion (development) of the corresponding software registration of acceptance by the authorized officer of customs of the customs declaration on goods for private use, except for vehicles and trail cars to perform by specifying by it in the column "For Office Marks" of the main declaration form of time of its acceptance. Issue of the certificate on customs clearance of goods, except for vehicles and trail cars to perform by putting down in the column "For Office Marks" of the main form and the corresponding number of additional customs declaration forms on goods for private use of print of personal number seal of the official of customs who granted such certificate;

1.3. before completion of the corresponding software in case of customs clearance of vehicles and trail cars in the quality of rooms of the certificate on customs clearance of goods to use registration (accounting) number according to the magazine of registration of adoption of declarations and issues of certificates on customs clearance of goods when importing or according to the magazine of registration of adoption of declarations and issues of certificates on customs clearance of goods when exporting according to appendices 1 and 2 to the Instruction about procedure for filling of magazines of registration of adoption of declarations and the issue of certificates on customs clearance of goods approved by this resolution.

2. Approve enclosed:

2.3. The instruction about form and procedure for filling of the certificate of import of the vehicle (trail car);

2.4. The instruction about procedure for filling of magazines of registration of adoption of declarations and issues of certificates on customs clearance of goods.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions and separate provisions of resolutions of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus concerning customs declaring, customs clearance, collection of customs payments according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

4. To the Minsk central customs:

4.1. provide production of customs declaration forms on goods for private use;

4.2. till April 1, 2008 to provide completion of the software according to this resolution in the part concerning customs clearance of vehicles, trail cars, bodies;

4.3. till July 1, 2008 to provide completion (development) of software according to this resolution in the part concerning customs clearance of other goods for private use.

5. Use available forms of the document "Passenger Customs Declaration" to their complete expenditure.

6. To provide to chiefs of customs in the Items of import (export) which are not equipped with "green" and "red" channels, drawing lines or establishment of the signs designating the line of completion of customs clearance of goods for private use.

7. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

8. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus Goshin V. A.
