About compensation for expenses on transport servicing of persons with limited opportunities of the musculoskeletal device
Based on part (2) article 49 of the Law on social integration of persons with restrictions of opportunities No. 60 of March 30, 2012, and also for the purpose of strengthening of measures for social protection of persons with limited opportunities of the musculoskeletal device Government DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of annual compensation for expenses to transport servicing of persons with limited opportunities of the musculoskeletal device according to appendix No. 1.
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family.
3. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 2.
4. This resolution becomes effective on January 1, 2008.
