4) the qualification requirements imposed to activities for the treatment of nuclear materials;

4-1) qualification requirements imposed to activities for the treatment of the radioactive materials, devices and installations containing radioactive materials;

4-2) qualification requirements imposed to activities for the handling of the devices and installations generating ionizing radiation.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 12, 1998 No. 100 "About approval of the Regulations on licensing of the activities connected with use of atomic energy".

3. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication.
