About some questions of licensing of activities in the field of use of atomic energy
According to article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About licensing" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of activities in the field of use of atomic energy.
2. Determine the licensor on implementation of types of activity connected with use of atomic energy Committee on atomic energy of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Recognize invalid:
1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2008 No. 270 "About approval of the qualification requirements imposed to the licensed types of activity in the field of use of atomic energy" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 15, the Art. 141);
2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 14, 2012 No. 610 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2008 No. 270 "About approval of Rules of licensing and the qualification requirements imposed to the licensed types of activity in the field of use of atomic energy" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 49, the Art. 673).
4. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication.
