- develop and approve the methodological documents providing timely carrying out National inventory count of the woods;

- to submit results of National inventory count of the woods for approval in the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. To the ministry of natural resources of the Kyrgyz Republic, the National agency of the Kyrgyz Republic for local self-government (under approval) and to local public administrations to take part in carrying out National inventory count of the woods of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of September 27, 2006 No. 693 "About approval of the National plan of action of development of forestry of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2006-2010" the following change:
