1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for development and approval republican, industry and regional programs of energy saving.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 11, 1998 No. 1731 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for development and accomplishment of republican industry and regional programs of energy saving";
subitem 3.12 of Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2004 No. 302 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus and modification of some orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 54, 5/14018);
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2006 No. 353 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 11, 1998 No. 1731" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 43, 5/22027).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
