The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that in 2008 1,0594 coefficient is applied to increase in the size of pensions since March 1 according to part two of article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance". The pensions calculated under the specified law and the laws of Ukraine "About scientific and scientific and technical activities", "About the status and social protection of citizens which suffered as a result of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash", "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" according to the addresses which arrived till December 31 of year, to prior year in which increase in pension is carried out are subject to increase.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 11, 2005 N 341 "About measures for realization of part two of article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, N 19, Art. 1001; 2007, N 32, the Art. 1304, the Art. 1312) changes which are applied.
