1. Approve:
1) Regulations on the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan (appendix No. 1);
2) Structure of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan (appendix No. 2).
2. Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 22, 1996 No. 3237 "About the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
