About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 4, 2007 No. 209

For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 4, 2007 "About lottery activities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 209

1. Establish:

procedure for conducting examination of security of lottery tickets from counterfeit and premature establishment of prize according to appendix 1;

procedure for conducting examination of security program, hardware-software, the hardware used when carrying out lotteries from unauthorized access, modification, copying, plunder, destruction of information and other similar actions according to appendix 2;

procedure for maintaining databases when carrying out lotteries according to appendix 3.

2. To founders and organizers of lotteries to bring agreements and conditions of carrying out lotteries into accord with the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 4, 2007 No. 209 "About lottery activities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 109, 1/8550) before its entry into force.

3. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

3.1. subitem 4.30 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 105, 5/9328), to state in the following edition:
