1. Create the administrative authority the National agency of road transport acting on the self-financing basis with the status of the legal entity and numbering 120 established posts.

2. Approve:

Regulations on the National agency of road transport according to appendix No. 1;

structure of the National agency of road transport according to appendix No. 1-1;

to organigramm of the National agency of road transport according to appendix No. 1-2;

The paragraph third Item 2 is excluded according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 03.01.2014 No. 1.

Changes and additions which are made to the Rules of transportation of passengers and baggage road transport approved by the Order of the Government No. 854 of July 28, 2006 according to appendix No. 3;

Regulations on uniform and distinctions of the inspectors of the National agency of road transport given the control right according to appendix No. 4.
