1. Approve applied:

Regulations on procedure for issue of export licenses of sunflower oil and seeds of sunflower;

The instruction about filling of the request for receipt of the export license of sunflower oil and seeds of sunflower.

2. The department of non-tariff regulation is responsible for acceptance and document registration, registration and issue of export licenses of sunflower oil and seeds of sunflower.

3. To department of non-tariff regulation:

provide promulgation on the official website of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of the message on the beginning of registration of requests for issue of export licenses of sunflower oil and seeds of sunflower;

to the 10th coming behind reporting to submit to the State Customs Service of Ukraine information on the granted export licenses of sunflower oil and seeds of sunflower;

together with legal department to provide provision on state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the time established by the legislation.
