1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for filling of the reports submitted for the purposes of customs control.

2. Determine that:

2.1. customs representatives in customs authority in which zone of operational activity the customs representative is located and in the presence at the customs representative of separate division (branch) - in customs authority in which zone of operational activity this separate division (branch) is located, submit the report on committed customs transactions on form according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2.2. customs carriers in customs authority in which zone of operational activity the customs carrier is located and in the presence at customs carrier of separate division (branch) - in customs authority in which zone of operational activity this separate division (branch) is located, submit the report on the transported goods which are under customs control on form according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

2.3. owners of warehouses of temporary storage in customs authority in which zone of operational activity the warehouse of temporary storage is located submit the report on the goods and vehicles placed in the territory of warehouse of temporary storage on form according to appendix 3 to this resolution;

2.4. owners of customs warehouses in customs authority in which zone of operational activity the customs warehouse is located submit the report on the stored goods on form according to appendix 4 to this resolution;

2.5. owners of free warehouses in customs authority in which zone of operational activity the free warehouse is located submit the report on the goods placed under customs regime of free warehouse on form according to appendix 5 to this resolution;

2.6. owners of duty-free shops in customs authority in which zone of operational activity the duty-free shop is located submit the report on the goods placed under customs regime of duty-free trade in the form of the "Accounting of Goods in Duty-free Shop" magazine according to appendix 14 to this resolution, and also in the form of the export declaration;

2.7. customs applicants of customs regime of free customs zone (further - the customs applicant of STZ) represent to customs authority in which zone of operational activity the free customs zone is located (далееСТЗ) the report on the goods placed under customs regime of free customs zone and also on the goods formed when making transactions of conversion of such goods on form according to appendix 7 to this resolution, the report "The statement from engineering procedure" (further - the statement) in form according to appendix 16 to this resolution and the report on remaining balance of the goods placed under customs regime of free customs zone (daleeotcht about remaining balance), on form according to appendix 18 to this resolution;

2.8. the persons using and (or) owning foreign goods, and also the goods placed under customs regime of free circulation with use of tax benefits on payment of customs duties, the taxes integrated to restrictions on use and the order with such goods established by the laws and (or) acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus in connection with use of tax benefits in the customs authority making customs clearance of such goods submit reports on their use on the forms established by customs authorities.
