RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC

About approval of the List of the state information systems into which the individual identification numbers issued to citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic, and also foreigners who are constantly living in the Azerbaijan Republic or having the status of the refugee and to stateless persons and other state information systems recording these persons shall be entered

For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 2.5 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 2, 2006 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the State register of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 438:

1. Approve "The list of the state information systems into which the individual identification numbers issued to citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic, and also foreigners and persons without citizenship who are constantly living in the Azerbaijan Republic shall be entered and other state information systems recording these persons" (is attached).

2. Enter individual identification numbers into the information systems specified in the List approved by Item 1 of this resolution after certification of the specified information systems in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
