Procedure for issue of the state licenses for activities on realization of oil products and fuels and lubricants in the territory of Turkmenistan

1. This Procedure regulates rules of issue of the state licenses for activities of the companies, organizations and their structural divisions for realization of oil products, fuels and lubricants, and special liquids for the motor transportation equipment.

2. For receipt of the license (appendix No. 1) on implementation of sales activity of oil products, fuels and lubricants and special liquids the applicant represents the following documents to the State trade corporation "Turkmenneftegaz":

a) the statement for licensing (appendix No. 2) with indication of the name, form of business and the address of the legal entity, numbers of settlement accounts and names of the relevant banks, types of activity, terms of implementation of Licensed activity;

b) copies of constituent documents (if they are not certified by the notary, then their originals);
