1. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of 28.11.2013 No. 4368
2. Approve Changes in the Licensed conditions of implementation of activities for provision of financial loans at the expense of the raised funds credit institutes approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of 18.10.2005 No. 4802, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 06.12.2005 for No. 1459/11739 (are applied).
