About measures for streamlining of use of automobile office cars in the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments and other executive bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of streamlining of use of automobile office cars, rational and economical use of budgetary funds the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the list of the officials having the right to use services of automobile office motor transport, according to appendix No. 1.

2. Establish:

- limit of number of cars on duty for servicing of the ministries, state committees, administrative departments and other executive bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, taking into account the cars acquired at the expense of grant, special means and other sources according to appendix No. 2 (except for special cars);

- limit of run of office motor transport taking into account traveling trips no more than 2000 km a month;

- what the engine displacement of the used automobile office cars shall not exceed 3000 cubic see;

- the minimum useful life of automobile office motor transport of budgetary institutions - 10 years from the date of acquisition;

- that transfer of vehicles from balance on balance is performed according to the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2-1. Action of Items 1 and 2 of this resolution does not extend to bodies and organizations of Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The quantity limit, procedure for use, realization and transfer from balance on balance of road transport by organizations of Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic are established by the separate decision of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
