For the purpose of optimization of methods of financing of the medical and sanitary help in system of the Single payer, taking into account accumulation of means of health care at the republican level (except for the local budget of the city of Bishkek), the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides ensuring forming of the government budget of health care on program basis:
1. Approve the enclosed Method of calculation of basic standard rates of financing of the medical and sanitary help given to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the Program of the state guarantees.
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Resolution.
3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of September 20, 2004 No. 699 "About enhancement of methods of financing of the medical and sanitary help in system of the Single payer".
4. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on department of social development of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
