1. General provisions

1.1. These rules determine procedure for relations of authorized inspection body with business entities of the sphere of tourism regarding observance of requirements of the legislation. 1.2. The authorized body checking activities of business entities in the field of tourism is the Committee on cases of youth, sport and tourism under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (further Committee).

1.3. During checks the following is considered as the main objectives:

- check of observance from business entities of the sphere of tourism, the legislation and other normative legal acts, and also the existing standard rates and rules;

- timely identification, the prevention and elimination of offenses which negatively affect economic interests of the Republic of Tajikistan it is right also legitimate interests of citizens, and also determinations of the reasons and conditions of the similar offenses promoting making;

- acceptance of adequate measures.
