Based on Item 3-1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2005 "About some questions of informing consumers of food staples and foodstuff" and Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 29, 2008 No. 767 "About entering of amendments into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2005 No. 434" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 434

1. Approve Regulations on the register of the unfair producers and suppliers making and realizing the food staples and foodstuff which are genetically modified or containing genetically modified constituting (components) with violation of the requirements to informing consumers established by the legislation it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
