About approval of Service regulations of rechargeable lead starter batteries of the wheel vehicles and special machines executed on wheel chassis

According to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About chemical sources of current" and the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 06.06.2006 No. 789, for the purpose of establishment of service regulations of rechargeable lead starter batteries which application provide possibility of accomplishment of the main requirements to safety of technical condition of the wheel vehicles and special machines executed on wheel chassis I ORDER:

1. Approve Service regulations of rechargeable lead starter batteries of the wheel vehicles and special machines executed on wheel chassis which are applied.

2. To State department of road transport (the Sheepherd P. A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Sergienko L. G.

Service regulations of rechargeable lead starter batteries of the wheel vehicles and special machines executed on wheel chassis

I. General provisions

1.1. These Rules are developed in pursuance of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About chemical sources of current".

1.2. Terms, designations, reducings and references to standards

1.2.1. In these Rules the given designations and reducings have such value:
