About approval of the Action plan on fight against human trafficking in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2008-2011
For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the prevention and fight against human trafficking" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve enclosed the Action plan on fight against human trafficking in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2008-2011 and actions for its realization (further - the Action plan and actions);
2. To the ministries, state committees, administrative departments, other executive bodies, local public administrations, local government bodies:
- provide implementation of the Action plan and actions;
- following the results of half-year, no later than the 15th following the accounting period to provide information on the course of accomplishment of the Action plan and actions in the State committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on migration and employment.
3. To the state committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on migration and employment:
- exercise control of implementation of the Action plan and actions;
- provide summary information in Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic following the results of half-year, no later than the 25th following the accounting period.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of social development and department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
