1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on customs escort of goods and vehicles.

2. To the press service (V. A. Yemelyanov) to start from the date of state registration of this order its lighting in mass media.

3. To exercise control of execution of this order to the vice-chairman of the State Customs Committee of Russia V. V. Shpagin.

This order becomes effective after thirty days from the date of its publication.
