1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for forming and use of the prices and rates.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
3. This resolution becomes effective since September 14, 2008 and does not extend to the goods prices shipped and (or) paid in the territory of the Republic of Belarus on the date of entry into force of this resolution and also to the retail prices determined in accordance with the established procedure before the specified date on the goods which are in objects of retail trade.
