Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Provision determines order of interaction of the organization providing professional and (or) secondary vocational education (further - organization of education), and the organization which is basic for organization of education (further - the basic organization), when training working (employees), specialists.

2. The organization interested in training of working (employees), specialists, which signed with organization of education the agreement on interaction of organization of education and the basic organization when training working (employees), approximate form specialists according to appendix and assuming liabilities on rendering financial support for the purpose of development of material and welfare base of organization of education, the organization of inservice training (work practice) of pupils, the solution of social and educational questions of pupils of organization of education is recognized basic.
