About approval of the Regulations on the house Mekhribonlik

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of houses Mekhribonlik, ensuring social psychological recovery and legal protection, assistance of social and labor adaptation and integration into society of children without parental support, and also in pursuance of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 29, 2008 N PP-805 "About the State program "Year of youth" decides the Cabinet of Ministers:

1. Approve Regulations on the house Mekhribonlik according to appendix.

2. To the ministry of national education of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent:

in three-months time to bring activities of houses Mekhribonlik into accord with requirements of the Provision approved by this resolution;

provide systematic control of activities of houses Mekhribonlik, render them every possible assistance in implementation of the tasks assigned to them.

3. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan to approve average daily rational regulations of consumption of foodstuff as pupils of houses Mekhribonlik in a month.

4. Declare invalid the paragraph the fourth Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 18, 1995 N 59 "About approval of regulations on educational institutions" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1995, N 2, the Art. 5) and the appendix N 3 to it.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Kasymov R. S.
