1.1. Special licenses are granted for import to Ukraine of the goods having the following description:
"Pipes from steel seamless mm, upsetting and pumping and compressor with outer diameter of no more 406,4" (further - Goods) it is also classified according to the Ukrainian classification of goods of foreign economic activity (UKTVED) by code 7304 29 11 00 irrespective of country of source and export.
1.2. Annual amounts of the special import quota to Ukraine of Goods of this order specified in subitem 1.1, are distributed as follows:
