About establishment for the population of rates for services in maintenance of apartment houses, the prices and rates for utilities

According to subitem 1.9 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 6, 2006 "About measures for increase in overall performance of housing and communal services" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 604

1. Establish since January 1, 2009 for the population:

1.1. rate for services in maintenance of apartment houses in the amount of 296 rubles a month for 1 sq.m of total area of premises;

1.2. gas prices natural and liquefied according to appendix 1;

1.3. rates for utilities in the following sizes:

on electrical energy according to appendix 2;

on heat energy for needs of heating and hot vodosnabzheniya43 458, 3 rubles for 1 Gcal;

on cold water supply - 385, the 7th ruble for 1 cubic meter;

for the sewerage - 242 rubles for 1 cubic meter;

for export and neutralization of municipal solid waste - 4764 rubles for 1 cubic meter;

for use of elevators - 1421 rubles with one living in month;

1.4. rates for services of cold water supply and the sewerage respectively in the amount of 860 rubles and 684, 3 rubles for 1 cubic meter for the amounts consumed by the citizens living in the individual apartment houses (cottages) belonging to them on the property right over the regulations approved by local executive and administrative organs;

1.5. rate for services in maintenance of apartment houses and the price and rates for the utilities providing full recovery of economically reasonable costs for their rendering according to appendix 3.

The specified rates and the prices are applied to calculations with the population in cases, stipulated by the legislation.
