1. Approve the List of dangerous goods which transit through the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan is performed only in the presence of special permission and the List of arms, military equipment and military property which transit through the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan is performed only in the presence of special permission, according to the appendices NN 1 and 2.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of external commercial relations and the State Customs Committee of August 19, 2002 of NN EG-01/10-3409 and 02/20-31 "About approval of classification of exceptional loads" (reg. N 1167 of August 26, 2002 годаБюллетень regulations of the ministries, the state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan 2002, N 15-16).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
