1. Approve on representation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus enclosed:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1 transexpedition (Ministry of Transport) "The report on forwarding activities" of annual frequency and to enact it starting with the report for 2008;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 transexpedition (Ministry of Transport) "The report on forwarding activities" and to enact them starting with the report for 2008.
2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution to freight forwarders.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of statistics and the analysis of the Republic of Belarus of September 28, 2007 No. 239 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1 transexpedition "The report on forwarding activities" and instructions for its filling".
4. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.
