About measures for enhancement of organizational structure and activities of the centers for fight against AIDS

1. Approve:
structure Republican and standard structure of the regional centers for fight against AIDS according to appendices No. No. 1 and 2;
Regulations on the centers for fight against AIDS according to appendix No. 3;
The national plan of action for prevention of spread of HIV infection in the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2009-2011 according to appendix No. 4.
2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent, the ministries and departments to accept to execution and to provide timely implementation of the National plan of action for prevention of spread of HIV infection in the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2009-2011.
Determine that the ministries, departments and other organizations on quarterly basis submit reports on implementation of actions on meetings of the Republican extraordinary anti-epidemic commission, included in the National plan of action for prevention of spread of HIV infection in the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2009-2011.
3. To provide to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments, and also Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent:
