About approval of standard document forms for regular passenger traffic in the international message and the Instruction on procedure for their use

According to article 39 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport" (in edition of the Law of Ukraine of 23.02.2006 N 3492-IV, for the purpose of providing the Ukrainian carriers with single forms of accounting of work of the bus when implementing transportations of passengers in the international automobile communication I ORDER:

1. Approve standard document forms for regular passenger traffic in the international message which is applied:

- road leaf of the bus in the international message;

- booking and cash leaf (for the international message).

2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for use of standard document forms for regular passenger traffic in the international message which is attached.

3. To State department of road transport (Dobrokhod S. O.):

3.1. In accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3.2. Bring this order to permission of the interested companies, organizations, the organizations which activities are connected with the organization of international carriages of passengers.

4. To impose control on accomplishment of this order on the deputy minister Sergienko L. G.
