About approval of "Provision on procedure for maintaining the State register of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic"

For the purpose of ensuring the activities connected with maintaining the State Register of the Population of the Azerbaijan Republic I decide:

1. Approve "Provision on procedure for maintaining the State register of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic" it (is applied).

2. Create Service of the State Register of the Population of the Azerbaijan Republic under the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic for maintaining the State Register of the Population of the Azerbaijan Republic.

3. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in two-month time:

3.1. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the bill of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the State register of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic";

3.2. excluded

3.4. resolve issues of development of the specification for creation of the State Register of the Population of the Azerbaijan Republic, including preparation of the software, providing bodies of state registration of acts of civil status with computers and other technical equipment and ensuring information exchange;

3.5. determine quantity of established posts of Service of the State Register of the Population of the Azerbaijan Republic, provide it with the respective office building and the necessary equipment;

3.6. resolve other issues following from this Decree.

4. Charge to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic to provide submission of all data necessary for forming of the State Register of the Population of the Azerbaijan Republic, to Service of the State Register of the Population of the Azerbaijan Republic in two-month time.
