1. Approve:
Regulations on procedure for the organization of activities for protection of workers on workplace and to the prevention of professional risks according to appendix No. 1;
Standard regulations on the organization and functioning of committee on health protection and labor safety according to appendix No. 2.
2. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Economy and Trade.

Appendix №1
to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of February 5, 2009 No. 95
1. This Provision establishes the minimum requirements to activities for protection of workers on workplace and to the prevention of professional risks.
2. The terms and determinations used in this Provision have the following value:
the head of workplace - the competent person designated by the employer for the purpose of the direction and implementation of supervision of activities on workplace to which duties also accomplishment of legislative provisions on health protection and labor safety belongs;
assessment of professional risks - activities by means of which the scale of variation of labor system from perfect condition in which any possibility of getting injured or occupational disease is excluded is determined;
instructions for health protection and labor safety - the legal act issued by the company, containing provisions which observance by the worker will eliminate his behavior capable to increase risk of injuring;
training in the field of health protection and labor safety - activities of didactic nature by means of which knowledge for the purpose of forming of skills in the field of health protection and labor safety is transferred, accustom and checked;
the administrative employee – the office worker who in the course of work registers will organize, archives, estimates information and makes its processing, conducts clerical work and carries out other tasks which are not requiring frequent training in health protection and labor safety, and professional risks on workplace do not need to be prevented by means of measures of individual protection. This concept implies persons who register, store information and carry out number of the obligations connected with cash management, the organization of trips, creation of information, activities planning, etc.
The obligations which are carried out by administrative employees include:
shorthand, printing and work with word-processors, other office equipment;
data entry in computers;
record keeping;
registration and calculation of numerical data;
accounting, concerning inventories, production and transport;
accounting of passenger and freight transportation;
return of library loans;
submission of documents; accomplishment of the obligations connected with post services;
preparation and check of material for seal; assistance to persons who cannot read or write correspondence;
accomplishment of transactions according to the handling of money;
organization of trips;
provision of information requested by clients and the organization of meetings;
work at telephone exchanges and provision of telecommunication services.
The profession of the administrative employee assumes supervision of other workers without direct departure of the worker in zones of professional risks which are not connected with office activities.
the serious and approaching danger of injuring - specific, real and urgent situation in which there is only no opportunity in order that at any time there was labor accident;
working post - the simplest organizational division of workplace;
internal service of protection and the prevention - separate division which is under direct supervision of the employer for the purpose of implementation at the company of actions for protection and the prevention;
zone of the increased professional and extra risk - zone at the company where risks which can cause labor accidents or occupational diseases with serious and irreversible consequences (disability or the death of the worker) were identified.
3. The organization of activities for protection and the prevention is performed by the employer in the following procedure:
1) by assignment by the employer on obligations of the appointed worker according to part (10) article 11 of the Law on health protection and labor safety;
