About approval of the Instruction for use of labeling machines
For the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts which are applied in the field of provision of services of mail service in compliance with the Law of Ukraine "About mail service", the Rules of provision of services of mail service approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.08.2002 of N 1155, acts of Universal Postal Union I ORDER:
1. Approve the Instruction for use of labeling machines which is attached.
2. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of communication and informatization of Ukraine of 29.05.2000 No. 81 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for use of labeling machines in mail service", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 20.06.2000 for No. 358/4579.
3. To State department concerning communication (A. Dovgy):
3.1. Provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3.2. Bring this order to the attention of the interested companies, organizations, the organizations and physical persons.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the director of State department concerning communication O. Prozhivalsky.
