being guided by the Treaty of friendship, cooperation and mutual aid between the Russian Federation and the Republic Kyrgyzstan of June 10, 1992 and the Declaration on eternal friendship, alliance and partnership between the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic of July 27, 2000,
based on regulations of the Contract between the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic on cooperation in military area of July 5, 1993,
confirming the agreement obligations about collective security of May 15, 1992, to the Agreement on cooperation of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States in fight against terrorism of June 4, 1999 and the Shanghai convention on fight against terrorism, with separatism and extremism of June 15, 2001,
agreed as follows:

When implementing cooperation in the field of safety of the Party according to the national legal system coordinate the foreign policy activities, promoting continuation of process of disarmament and strengthening of collective security, and also strengthening of peacekeeping role of the UN and the regional organizations.
They make efforts for assistance in settlement of the conflicts and other crisis situations infringing on interests of the Parties approve line items in these areas for implementation in need of collateral actions.
