1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of building of the cities, settlements and rural settlements of Turkmenistan;

Regulations on individual housing construction in Turkmenistan.

2. Hyakimlikam of welayats and Ashgabat, in the further activities for building of the territory of the cities, settlements and rural settlements of Turkmenistan it is strict to ministries and departments to be guided by the Rules and the Provision approved by this resolution.

3. To national committee of architectural construction supervision under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan together with the hyakimlika of welayats and Ashgabat interested in the ministries and departments:

within 3 months to develop and submit for approval in the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan special rules of building of Ashgabat having the status of the capital of Turkmenistan, and also the cities of nation-wide value - Dashkhovuz, Mara, Nebitdaga, the Turkmenbashi and Chardzhou;

within 2 months to develop and submit for approval in the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan regulations on head departments on architecture and town planning of hyakimlik in Ashgabat, Dashkhovuz, Mara, Nebitdage, the Turkmenbashi and Chardzhou;

provide development of master plans of building and drafts of the detailed layout of the cities, settlements and rural settlements of Turkmenistan.
