1. Approve the Procedure for provision by the Main state inspectorate of protection of plants of Minagropolitiki of approval on licensing for chemical remedies of plants which import is subject to licensing in 2009 which is applied.
2. (Dovgan S. V.) to provide to the main state inspection of protection of plants submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister Melnik S. I.
