About approval of names of legal entities
Based on Item part one 12, of subitem 13.1 of Item 13 of the Regulations on procedure for the approval of names of commercial and non-profit organizations approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 5, 2009 No. 154, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1.1. approval of the name of the legal entity is made by the authorized employee of registering body by its assessment regarding compliance to the requirements established by the legislation;
1.2. the name of the legal entity, including its special name, shall not resemble to extent of mixing names, data on which contain in the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (further – EGR), that can lead to their complete identification;
1.3. the name of the legal entity shall not be to the identical, that is similar earlier approved names (reserved and introduced in the database of the approved names EGR) which term of reservation did not expire on which the applicants who approved them have preferential (priority) right to use, and also similar to extent of mixing to the specified names that can lead to complete identification of the corresponding legal entities;
1.3-1. No. 47 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of 05.04.2013
1.4. the legal entity in the presence of difficult and (or) verbose full name can have the abbreviated name, that is the name determined for the purpose of simplification of relations between participants of civil circulation which is specified in its constituent document;
