About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of March 5, 2009 No. 20

Based on Item 10, of subitem 11.1 of Item 11 of the Regulations on procedure for the approval of names of commercial and non-profit organizations approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 5, 2009 No. 154, and in pursuance of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of January 24, 2013 "About entering of amendments and changes into the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2009 No. 1" the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 2

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of March 5, 2009 No. 20 "About approval of names of legal entities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 67, 8/20603; 2010, No. 123, 8/22356) following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Item 1:

exclude subitem 1.3-1;

add Item with subitem 1.7-1 of the following content:

"1.7-1. the name of the unitary enterprise which property is in private property of the legal entity shall not contain specifying on pattern of ownership;";

to "interests" to add subitem 1.8.5 after the word with the words "and to other interests protected by the law";

add Item with subitems 1.8.15 and 1.8.16 of the following content:

"1.8.15. names of legal entities with use of words "department", "committee" and others, allowing to identify the legal entity of private pattern of ownership with the body (organization) performing state powers of authority;

1.8.16. names which can lead to identification of nature of activities of the legal entity with the activities performed by the religious organizations, except as specified when as the owner of property (the founder, the participant) the legal entity the religious organization acts;";

add Item with subitem 1.9-4 of the following content:
