About approval of Rules of maintaining and use of accounting cards for receipt of customs privileges

For the purpose of accomplishment of item 4.2 of General rules of movement through customs border of the Russian Federation of vehicles physical persons (are approved by the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of 15.08.94 N 416 with changes and additions made by the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of 30.01.97 of N 35) and according to Art. 109 of the Customs code of the Russian Federation I order:

1. Approve Rules of maintaining and use of accounting cards for receipt of customs privileges (appendix 1).

2. Approve in change of appendix 3 to General rules sample of accounting card for receipt of customs privileges (further - accounting card) according to appendix 2 to this order.

3. To chiefs of customs authorities:

- provide issue of accounting cards and organize their accounting and storage according to the approved Rules;

- exclude customs clearance of vehicles with provision of the privileges provided in item 2.6 of General rules without submission to customs authority of accounting cards.

4. To regional customs authority of logistic support (A.D.Listopad) in case of order placement on production of forms of accounting cards to be guided by sample of the accounting card specified in item 2.

5. To the press service of the State Customs Committee of Russia (A. P. Yevstigneyev) from the date of official registration of this order to start its lighting in mass media.

6. Consider this order become effective after 30 days from the date of its official publication.

7. To exercise control of execution of this order to the vice-chairman of the State Customs Committee of Russia O. N. Sviridov.
