About approval procedure on transit of military goods

In pursuance of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 24, 2002 No. 522 "About approval of the Regulations on transit of military goods through the territory of the Republic of Belarus" (2002, No. 50, 5/10343) the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus decides the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus:

1. Approve:

1.1. the enclosed Regulations on procedure for issue, prolongation and cancellation of permissions to transit of military goods through the territory of the Republic of Belarus;

1.2. the enclosed Instruction about procedure for filling of appendix to the statement on transit of military goods through the territory of the Republic of Belarus and permissions to transit of military goods through the territory of the Republic of Belarus;

1.3. form of permission to transit of military goods through the territory of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix to this resolution.

2. To the head of department of the organization of customs control to the Village of Dmitriyev. And.:

2.1. determine within the number of staff of management of the officials responsible for the organization of work on issue and approval of permissions to transit of military goods according to the Provision approved by this resolution and also to provide accounting of the issued permissions;

2.2. to quarterly send information to the State military-industrial committee of the Republic of Belarus on the issued permissions to transit of military goods.
