1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for issue, prolongation of effective period, modification and cancellation of permission to transit of military products through the territory of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).
2. Establish form of permission to transit of military products through the territory of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 8, 2004 No. 46 "About modification and amendments in resolutions of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2002 No. 36 and of October 17, 2002 No. 88" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 105, 8/11145).
4. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2014.
